Where you fit in:
Verify and Correct data where necessary.
Check source documents for data accuracy.
Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Combine and rearrange data on the platform where required.
Create report for records of activities and tasks.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Prepare issue log by collecting and analyzing Fields' complaint.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of BSc / BA / HND
0 to 1-year experience in customer service support
Culture Traits:
Must be a creative person with the right workplace ethics and behavior
Strong team player and ability to collaborate with team members
